CLEAN THE TOP OF THE PIZZA OVEN, THE TOP OF THE LOW TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE IN THE KITCHEN, PREP TABLES, STAINLESS STEEL STORAGE SHELVES, PREP SINKS, AND THE EXTERIOR OF THE GREASE TRAP IN THE BASEMENT.
CLEAN THE WALLS IN THE PIZZA PREP AREA. CLEAN THE SPILLS AND DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE BAR. CLEAN THE GREASE FROM THE FLOOR BENEATH THE DEEP FRYERS AND IN THE CORNER UNDER THE ROLLING STORAGE RACK.
OBSERVED A FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEE WITHOUT A VALID FOOD HANDLER TRAINING CERTIFICATE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST SHOW VALID PROOF OF FOOD HANDLER TRAINING.
