Found the following potentially hazardous foods at improper temperature in the open refrigerated shelving unit: 2lbs of Steak @ 47.8F; 2.5lbs of tofu @ 52.5F; 6lbs of spinach @ 51.8F; 1/5lb of kale @ 49.6F-50F; 6lbs of romaine lettuce @ 50.1F-53.6F; 1.5lbs of mixed greens @ 48.1F-50.7F. Must keep all potentially hazardous foods @ 40F or less, or 140F or higher at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded 15lbs of denatured foods during inspection, total at $61 is value.
