Found hand washing sink in rear prep area with inadequate hot and cold water pressure. When handles turned on, water flows at a rate of 30 seconds to fill up a 12 ounce cup. Instructed must have adequate water pressure at all hand sinks at all times, to allow employees to properly wash hands. Operator repaired sink during inspection. Critical citation 7-38-030.
