All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING:MOP SINK,TOILET BOWL IN AND OUT,HAND WASH SINK IN TOILET ROOM,COUNTER TOP IN THE EMPLOYEE LUNCH ROOM, MICROWAVE OVEN AT SAME AREA,AND WALK-IN COOLER FLOORS UNDER SHELVES,ALL HAS DEBRIS .
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS THRU-OUT EMPLOYEE LUNCH ROOM AND IN THE OFFICE NEEDS CLEANING.
