CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AROUND AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT.
CLEAN VENTS ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT. CLEAN CEILING VENTS AND LIGHT SHIELDS.
OBSERVED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF ITEMS ON SHELVES AND FLOOR; ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN TO AVOID CLUTTER.
OBSERVED MANAGER/FOOD HANDLER IN A SLEEVELESS TOP; INSTRUCTED THAT A SHORT FORM OF SLEEVE MUST BE WORN WHEN HANDLING/PREPARING FOODS. ALSO FOUND HER NOT WEARING A HAIR RESTRAINT; INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A HAIR RESTRAINT AT ALL TIMES WHILE HANDLING FOODS.
