THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK NEXT TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK DID NOT HAVE THE HOT WATER LINE CONNECTED TO THE SINK AND THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK ACROSS FROM THE GRILL AREA DID NOT HAVE THE COLD WATER LINE CONNECTED TO THE SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.

CLEAN THE GREASE FROM THE WALL OF THE FOOD PREP AREA ABOVE THE VENTILATION HOOD AND ACROSS THE DOORWAY. REGLUE THE VINYL BASEBOARD NEXT TO THE GRILL.
