All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities.MUST HAVE COLD HOLDING UNIT AT 40 OR BELOW.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN VENTILATION VENTS,WINDOW SILLS,FRYERS,PREP COOLER,MOP SINK BASIN,OVER HEAD SHELVING UNIT AT 3- COMP SINK.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE DAMAGED FLOOR TILES.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE MISSING & STAINED CEILING TILES & WALL BASES,HOLES IN WALLS ,GAPS AT FRONT WINDOW SILLS,OPENINGS AROUND PIPES.MUST CLEAN & PAINT WALLS THROUGHOUT.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.MUST REPAIR VENTILATION IN TOILET ROOM,LEAKY FAUCET AT 3- COMP SINK & LEAKY PIPE AT HAND SINK IN TOILET ROOM.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.THERMOMETERS FOR ALL COLD HOLDING UNITS & PROBE.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.ELEVATE ARTICLES IN OFFICE AREA.
