The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REMOVE THE CARPETING FROM THE REAR HALLWAY OUTSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR OF THE DISHWASH AREA ESPECIALLY AROUND THE GREASE TRAP AND ALONG THE WALLS.
THE BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE IS MISSING FROM THE MOP SINK. MUST INSTALL.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE A METAL STEM THERMOMETER TO TAKE FOOD TEMPS.
