COLD PLATE INSIDE OF ICE BIN COMES INTO CONTACT FOR ICE USED FOR CUSTOMER'S DRINKS. MUST REPLACE ICE BIN OR REMOVE COLD PLATE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REGROUT FLOOR IN THE PREP AREA AND UNDER THE BAR WHERE STANDING WATER IS LOCATED BETWEEN THE FLOOR TILES.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DETAIL CLEAN CEILING TILES IN THE PREP AREA AND REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES. REPLACE THE BROKEN WALL TILES AT THE CORNER OF THE PREP AREA LEADING TO THE BASEMENT.

All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. A METAL STEM THERMOMETER IS NEEDED TO TAKE FOOD TEMPERATURES. MUST PROVIDE.
