INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROPERLY LABEL ALL PREPARED AND/OR PRECOOKED FOODS WITH THE NAME AN DATE OF PRODUCT(FIFO).
INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO LABEL BULK STORAGE CONTAINER WITH THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT.
MUST CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS TO REMOVE SPILLS AND/OR DEBRIS. ALSO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE GREASE.
FLOORS NEED CLEANING AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT ALONG THE WALL BASE AND CORNERS TO REMOVE DEBRIS AND/OR DEBRIS.
OBSERVED FLOORS THROUGH OUT IN POOR REPAIR (CHIPPED AND BROKEN). INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT FLOORS NEED TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
