PASS 4 violations
FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
Floor along the wall base and all corner, under the dry storage shelvings, under the pallets with bags of rice, and inside the washroom needs detail cleaning and maintain. Loose baseboard(black plastic molding)inside the washroom. Must reglue/repair.
WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS
Must replace ripped-off screen on the exit door and maintain.
LIGHTING: REQUIRED MINIMUM FOOT-CANDLES OF LIGHT PROVIDED, FIXTURES SHIELDED
Must replace burned out light bulb behind the hot holding unit.
VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
Must repair the cold handle of the mop sink faucet (leaking) to stop the leak.
