MUST REPLACE BURNED OUT LIGHT BULBS IN THE WALK IN COOLER AND FREEZER. (THE SMALL LIGHT IN THE WALK IN COOLER AND THE LARGE LIGHT IN THE WALK IN FREEZER)
MUST INSTALL A BACK FLOW DEVICE AT THE WATER DISPENSER, THE ICE MACHINE AND ALL EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE WATER SUPPLY. MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE VENTILATION COVER IN THE WASHROOM AND REPAIR VENTILATION IF NEEDED. MUST REMOVE FOUL ODORS FROM WASH ROOM.
