All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL CABINETS, SHELVES UNDER FRONT COUNTER, COOKING EQUIPMENT, STEAM TABLES, CONE DISPENSER, ICE CREAM MACHINES, MIXERS, PREP TABLES.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL SHELVING IN WALK-IN COOLER, ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS, NEAR ICE CREAM MACHINES, BEHIND FREEZERS, COOKING EQUIPMENT, SODA DISPENSER UNITS, ETC.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL ALL OPENINGS ALONG BASEBOARDS, UNDER SINKS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS ETC IN ALL AREAS. REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES AND CLEAN WALLS IN ALL AREAS. CEILING NEED REPAIR IN OFFICE.
PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS IN REAR. CLEAN ALL LIGHT COVERS (DUST BUILDUP).
INCREASE HOT WATER PRESSURE ON EXPOSED SINK. REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET ON 3-COMP SINK.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. REMOVE UNUSED EQUIPMENT AND PROPERLY ORGANIZE STORAGE AREAS.
