FLOORS AND FLOOR DRAINS THROUGH OUT NEED CLEANING ESPECIALLY IN THE COOKING/PREP AREA.
SEAL ALL LOOSE WALL COVE(BASE BOARDS) THROUGHOUT. WALLS THROUGHOUT FOOD PREP, DISHASHING, AND STORAGE AREAS NEED CLEANING. ALL ATTACHED PIPING TO WALLS IN FOOD PREP AREA BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT NEED CLEANING(GREASY BUILD-UP AND FOOD NOTED). CLEAN ALL DOORS THROUGHOUT.
