All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. RAW WOOD BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER RIGHT OF ENTRANCE DOOR MUST SEAL/PAINT WITH A NON TOXIC PAINT/SEALANT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NOT CLEAN DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS BEHIND HEAVY EQUIPTMENT,SEAL HOLED IN CORNER NEXT TO MEN'S WASHROOM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. ALL CEILING MUST BE CLEAN WITH OUT ANY OPENINGS, MUST SEAL ANY HOLES.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. MUST REPLACE EXHAUST SYSTEM IN KITCHEN OVER THE COOKING EQUIPTMENT, THE EXHAUST SYSTEM MUST COMPLETELY COVER ALL THE COOKING EQUIPTMENT, LENGTH AND WITH OF THE COOKING EQUIPTMENT.
