INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE LIVE POTTED PLANTS STORED ON SHELF ABOVE ICE CREAM FREEZER IN FRONT PREP AREA TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF FOOD.
OBSERVED IN USE UTENSILS STORED IN CONTAINER OF WATER BETWEEN USES NEXT TO HOT HOLDING UNIT. INSTRUCTED DURING PAUSES IN FOOD PREPARATION OR DISPENSING UTENSILS SHALL BE STORED ON A CLEAN PORTION OF THE FOOD PREPARATION TABLE OR COOKING EQUIPMENT ONLY IF THE IN USE UTENSIL AND THE FOOD CONTACT SURFACE OF THE FOOD PREPARATION TABLE OR COOKING EQUIPMENT ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AT LEAST EVERY FOUR HOURS.

OBSERVED MILK CRATES USED FOR ELEVATION IN WALK IN COOLER AND DRY STORAGE. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SHELVING UNITS TO ELEVATE ALL FOOD AND NONFOOD ITEMS AT LEAST SIX INCHES OFF OF FLOOR FOR EASE OF CLEANABILITY. OBSERVED RUST ON SILVER SHELVING UNITS ABOVE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND ON WALL IN BETWEEN HANDWASHING SINK AND UTILITY SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST FROM SHELVING UNITS IN SAID AREA, NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF A CORROSION-RESISTANT, NONABSORBENT AND SMOOTH MATERIAL.
OBSERVED NO HOT RUNNING WATER ON THE PREMISES, OBSERVED IMPROPER HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 87.4F AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN HOT RUNNING WATER ABOVE 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND ABOVE 100F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. INSTRUCTED HOT WATER GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO MEET THE PEAK HOT WATER DEMANDS THROUGHOUT THE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. CORRECTED ON SITE HOT RUNNING WATER RESTORED BEFORE CONCLUSION OF INSPECTION, OBSERVED PROPER HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 114.6F AFTER RESTORATION. PRIORITY VIOLATION.7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED

OBSERVED DAMAGED FLOOR TILES THROUGHOUT FACILITY. OBSERVED DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN SUCH AREAS AS TO RIGHT OF WALL NEXT TO UTILITY SINK, OBSERVED DAMAGED FLOOR TILES THROUGHOUT REAR PREP/DISHWASHING AREA, IN FRONT OF REAR EXIT DOOR AND IN FRONT PREP AREA NEAR DIPPER WELL AND HANDWASHING SINK. INSTRUCTED TO SMOOTHLY REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL DAMAGED FLOOR TILES THROUGHOUT FACILITY AND MAINTAIN.
