All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE EXTERIOR OF THE PAPER TOWEL HOLDER, INTERIOR OF THE REACH IN FREEZER IN THE BASEMENT, AND DEFROST WITH HEAVY ICE ACCUMULATED.
