OBSERVED SEVERAL PROPANE TANKS, UNUSED ARTICLES AND EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE AREAS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL PROPANE TANKS, UNUSED ARTICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
OBSERVED NO VALID FOOD HANDLER TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE VALID FOOD HANDLER TRAINING FOR ALL EMPLOYEES HANDLING FOOD AND EQUIPMENT/UTENSILS.
