TOILET ROOM DOORS SELF CLOSING: DRESSING ROOMS WITH LOCKERS PROVIDED: COMPLETE SEPARATION FROM LIVING/SLEEPING QUARTERS
Bathroom door was missing self closing mechanism, must provide self closing mechanism to bathroom door.
VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
Exhaust fan in bathroom in state of disrepair, shall be repaired/replaced.
PREMISES MAINTAINED FREE OF LITTER, UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROPERLY STORED
Stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
