Observed the caulk to the right of the three compartment sink, where the wall meets the sink, to have a black, mold-like buildup. Instructed facility to remove, clean, recaulk, and maintain. Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the kitchen. Instructed facility to replace and maintain.

Instructed facility to install and maintain an exposed handsink at the bar with hot and cold running water, under city pressure, and soap and paper towels.
