All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. ICE BUILDUP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE REACHIN FREEZER WHERE THE CORN IS STORED. ALSO CLEAN THE FOOD STORAGE RACKS IN THE WALK IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE ICE BUILDUP AND CLEAN REACHIN FREEZER AND WALKIN COOLER.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE PREP AREA AND THE LOBBY HAS FOOD DEBRIS ON THEM.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. CLEAN THE VENTS THROUGHOUT PREMISES HAS DUST AND DIRT ON THEM.
