OBSERVED A CUP INSIDE OF THE PARMESAN CHEESE USED TO DISPENSE CHEESE. INSTRUCTED TO USE A HANDLED UTENSIL AND TO STORE THE UTENSIL OUT OF THE FOOD WITH THE HANDLE FACING UP IN BETWEEN USE.
OBSERVED RIPPED GASKETS AROUND THE DOOR OF THE COLD-HOLDING REFRIGERATION UNIT TO PROVIDE A TIGHT FITTING SEAL AND MAINTAIN.
DETAIL CLEAN THE SODA GUN NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE PREP AREA TO REMOVE THICK BUILDUP AND MAINTAIN.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOORS AND THE SPLATTER ON THE WALLS BEHIND THE SODA DISPENSING LINES IN THE BASEMENT.
OBSERVED A SECTION OF THE CEILING ABOVE THE LOCKERS IN THE BASEMENT THAT IS WATER DAMAGED. MUST REPLACE THE WATER DAMAGED CEILING SECTION IN THE BASEMENT ABOVE THE LOCKERS AND MAINTAIN.
REPLACE THE GASKET AT THE FAUCET HEAD BASE OF THE 3-COMPARMTENT SINK TO PREVENT WATER FROM SPRAYING OUT OF THE TOP.
Found prepackaged salads in 2 door cooler without labels. Instructed must label all prepackaged foods with label containing the following information: business name, address, list of ingredients, and date. Facility must also label bulk food items with name (flour, dough, etc). Must maintain all.
Found broken handle on 2 door upright cooler. Must repair and maintain.
Found waste water pipe over dry storage items (flour stored near dough rolling station). Instructed to either relocated items or completely encase waste water pipe to prevent contamination.
Found hand sink in bar not maintained. Hot water handle damaged, and hot water inoperable. Instructed hand sinks must be functioning with hot and cold/ tempered water at all times. Operator provided hot water to hand sink, but hot water runs continuously and cannot be turned off. Must repair. Critical violation 7-38-030.
