Seal all noticeable openings on the walls around plumbing/electrical fixtures in the rear basement mechanical rooms were noted.

A backflow prevention device is needed at the ice machine located in basement and repair water leak at drain pipe at the exposed handsink in the kitchen also an additional exposed handsink is required at the dishwashing room.Dipper well drain pipe must be properly connected such that it drains directly into a floor drain.
