All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN EXTERIOR SURFACES OF COOKING EQUIPMENT AND UNDERNEATH.
