OBSERVED NO ALLERGEN TRAINING CERTIFICATE FOR CERTFIED FOOD MANAGER ON SITE. INSTRUCTED ALL CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGERS MUST TAKE COURSE AND MAINTAIN RECORDS ON SITE. INSTRUCTED TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE VIOLATION AND MAINTAIN AS REQUIRED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-42-090, CITATION ISSUED.
