UPON INSPECTION OBSERVED A BRAND NEW REACH-IN COOLER IN THE BASEMENT NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING, 70F AT TIME OF INSPECTION. EMPLOYEE LUNCHES WERE STORED IN THE REFRIGERATION UNIT; ALL ITEMS WERE DISCARDED AND THE REFRIGERATION UNIT IS TAGGED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CONTACT CDPH(312) 746-4240, OR EMAIL TO cdphfood@cityofchicago.org FOR A TAG REMOVAL. OTHER REFRIGERATION UNITS IN THE BASEMENT INCLUDING A WALK-IN COOLER, REACHIN-IN FREEZER, AND A COLD-HOLDING UNIT WERE ALL UNDER 40F AT TIME OF INSPECTION. FACILITY HAS A FULL KITCHEN ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITH ALL REFRIGERATION UNITS UNDER 40F AT TIME OF INSPECTION. NO CITATION ISSUED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A
