APPROXIMATELY 300 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ALONG THE WALLS OF THE DINING ROOM, ON THE LOWER SHELF OF THE PREP TABLES IN THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA, ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS OF THE STORAGE ROOM AND DISHROOM, ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM AND ON THE STORAGE SHELVES, AND ON THE FLOOR OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. ALSO, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA, STORAGE ROOM AND DISHROOM. FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON THE WALLS IN THESE AREAS. ALSO, OBSERVED 2 LIVE COCKROACHES IN THE MEN'S CUSTOMER WASHROOM AND WOMEN'S EMPLOYEE WASHROOM. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE ALL PEST ACTIVITY.
