At time of inspection observed 5 open top water pitchers and 15 to 20 pre filled glasses of water stored on wooden shelving unit, located on dining room floor, between customer seating area and front bar seating area, not covered or protected. Must store open containers away from customers or provide appropriate covers/lids. Manager relocated pitchers/pre filled water glasses, to rear service station which did not have customer access.
