OBSERVED THE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE REAR KITCHEN AT THE COOK LINE SIDE WITH A LEAK AT THE COLD WATER KNOB. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
OBSERVED THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING UNDER EQUIPMENT ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS... FRONT BAR AREA AND UPSTAIRS BAR AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS AS NEEDED AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
