The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OBSERVED ACCUMULATED LITTER ON ALLY GROUND UNDER AND AROUND OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AND GREASE ENCRUSTED ON EXTERIOR OF OUTSIDE GREASE CONTAINER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AREA/CLEAN EXTERIOR GREASE TRAP BY DATE OF REINSPECTION (03/07/12)
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. MUST REMOVE ALL OPENED CANS AND PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS INSIDE ALL REACH IN PREP COOLERS. ALL FOODS MUST BE IN CLEAN MULTI-USE CONTAINERS AND MUST USE FOOD GRADE PLASTIC BAGS FOR ALL FOODS IN COOLERS/FREEZERS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON EXTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS/SHELVES IN PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL UNCLEAN EQIUPMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON WALL BEHIND 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST CLEAN WALL AND MAINTAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST REMOVE ALL CLUTTER ON BASEMENT FLOOR UNDER STAIRCASE OR ELEVATE ALL ITEMS 6" OFF FLOOR.
