OBSERVED ACCUMULATED LITTER ON ALLY GROUND UNDER AND AROUND OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AND GREASE ENCRUSTED ON EXTERIOR OF OUTSIDE GREASE CONTAINER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AREA/CLEAN EXTERIOR GREASE TRAP BY DATE OF REINSPECTION (03/07/12)
