OBSERVED WATER STAINED CEILING TILE IN THE WASHROOMS; REPLACE TILE WHERE NEEDED.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS IN KITCHEN AND BASEMENT AROUND UNDER AND BEHIND ALL EQUIPMENT AND MAINTAIN. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED AND TO CLEAN THE VENT FANS ON THE CEILINGS OF THE WASHROOMS TO REMOVE DUST OBSERVED ON THE VENT.
