OBSERVED THE WALLS AND FLOORS IN THE KITCHEN IN NEED OF CLEANING TO REMOVE DIRT, SPILLAGE, GREASE AND OTHER MATTER. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS AND FLOORS IN KITCHEN, WALK-IN COOLERS AND BASEMENT STORAGE AREA.
FOUND EXPIRED FOOD HANDLER TRAINING CERTIFICATES; INSTRUCTED THAT ALL FOOD HANDLERS MUST OBTAIN VALID CERTIFICATES.
