TORN/PEELING RUBBER DOOR GASKET ON THE BASEMENT ICE MACHINE. MUST REPLACE.----NO SINK STOPPERS FOR THE 2ND FLOOR PREP THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST PROVIDE.
MISSING FLOOR TILE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE BAR.--- CRACKED/MISSING BASEBOARD COVING IN THE 2ND FLOOR PREP ROOM.---- MISSING AND WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT DRY STORAGE AND ABOVE ICE MACHINE.----PEELING WALL CAULKING ALONG THE WASHBOWL IN THE 1ST FLOOR WASHROOM. MUST REPLACE ALL.-----HOLES IN WALLS THROUGHOUT BASEMENT AND IN THE 2ND FLOOR PREP ROOM. MUST SEAL TO BE SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE.----EXCESSIVE GREASE ON THE FLOORS ALONG BASEBOARDS BEHIND ALL COOKS LINE EQUIPMENT AND ON PLASTIC WIRING/TUBING ALONG THE BASEBOARD NEXT TO THE DEEP FRYER. MUST CLEAN ALL AND MAINTAIN.----WOODEN WALL MOUNT FOR THE FRY SLICER IN POOR REPAIR. NOTED WITH PEELING/CHIPPING PAINT. MUST REPAIR TO BE SMOOTH, CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT.-----HOLES IN WALLS NOTED THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT STORAGE AND THROUGHOUT THE 2ND FLOOR PREP AREA. MUST SEAL/REPAIR ALL TO BE SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE.
