OBSERVED NO ALLERGEN TRAINING DURING TIME OF INSPECTION. ALL FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS WITH A VALID CITY OF CHICAGO SANITAION CERTIFICATE MUST OBTAIN ALLERGEN TRAINING.
