Reach in cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint/rust, shall be repaired/replaced. Caulk around 3 compartment sink shall be replaced/provided.

Walk in cooler, walk in freezer cooler fan guards not clean, need cleaning. Non food contact surfaces of pop dispensing unit not clean, needs detailed cleaning in rear kitchen area. Front counter shelving not clean, need detailed cleaning.
Floor that had missing grout in rear kitchen area by walk in freezer, shall be repaired/sealed.

Floors are dirty in the toilet room,clean floors in detail including the floor drains.
Remove dusts accumulations from all ventilation covers throughout the premises and repair water leak at drain pipe at front exposed handsink.

MUST REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, REMOVE SMELLY SEWER ODORS FROM THE SAME SINK, AND REPAIR BROKEN FLUSHING HANDLE AT TOILET COMMODE MUST HAVE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM ABOVE OVENS, OR MANUAL WITH ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS, TO DETERMINE THE TOTAL KILOWATTS TO OVENS
