OBSERVED FACILITY USING BUCKETS AS TRASHCANS WITHOUT A LID IN THE WOMENS CUSTOMER RESTROOM. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE PROPER WASTECANS WITH LIDS FOR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED GREASE BUILD UP ON THE FLOOR UNDER AND BETWEEN COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE FRONT PREPARATION AREA OF THE RESTAURANT, AND SOILED FLOORS IN THE REAR DISHWASHING AREA AND IN WALK-IN COOLERS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS TO REMOVE ALL GREASE ACCUMULATION AND WATER.
