INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS THROUGHOUT FOOD PREP AREA ESPECIALLY UNDER AND AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND FLOORS IN REAR AREA UNDER AND AROUND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
