INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, MAINTAIN AND REORGANIZE FRONT, REAR PREP AREA, AND IN BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES AND CLUTTER IN BASEMENT (ESPECIALLY UNDERNEATH STAIRCASE) TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. USABLE ITEMS MUST BE STORED 6" OFF THE FLOOR FOR EASY ACCESS ON CLEANING.
