INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG WALL BASE AND UNDERNEATH EQUIPMENT ESPECIALLY AT THE BAR AND KITCHEN AREA. NOTED CRACKS ON FLOOR TILE AT THE BAR PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL CRACKS OR REPLACE THEM.
