Observed cardboard used as a liner under dry storage items in basement. Must remove. All surfaces must be smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.
FOOD AND NON-FOOD CONTACT EQUIPMENT UTENSILS CLEAN, FREE OF ABRASIVE DETERGENTS
Observed pink, slimy substance inside gun holder (left side of bar). Must remove, clean and sanitize ice machine and gun holder. Must maintain same.
FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
Observed heavy debris and dirt build up on floors along wall of (under) bar. Observed liquid pooling on floor in center of walk in cooler. Must detail clean and sanitize floors. Must maintain same.
VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
Observed gap around drain lines in floor drain on right side of bar. Must fill gap or provide drain cover to prevent pest entry. Must maintain same. Observed dry storage items stored directly under sewage waste pipe. Must completely encase sewage waste pipe or relocate items. Must maintain same. Observed gun holder (left side) without proper drain line attached. Must attach a drain line from gun holder directly to floor drain. Must maintain same.
