OBSERVED THE FLOOR OF THE WALK IN COOLING UNIT IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING OF DIRT AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED THE SIDES OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING FROM GREASE, DIRT AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
OBSERVED THE FLOORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING OF DUST, DIRT, GREASR AND DEBRIS...THE FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND THE COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE MAIN FOOD PREP AREA...THE COFFEE STATION IN THE REAR... AND THE FRONT PIZZA OVEN AREA AND THE SHELVING NEXT TO IT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
OBSERVED A BUILD UP OF DUST AROUND THE A/C VENT IN THE REAR BETWEEN THE DISH WASHING MACHINE AREA AND THE SERVICE LINE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AROUND VENT AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
