OBSERVED WIPING CLOTH STORED INSIDE THE BOTTOM OF THE COLD HOLDING UNIT. INSTRUCTED THAT WIPING CLOTHS MUST BE STORED IN SANITIZER SOLUTION WHEN NOT IN USE.
OBSERVED A PIECE OF 2 BY 4 BEING USED TO PROP UP A TABLE IN THE BASEMENT/PREP AREA ACROSS FROM THE 3-COMP SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED DIRT AND DEBRIS ON THE FLOORS OF THE KITCHEN BEHIND THE COOLING EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERATORS, FREEZER, THE FRONT SUSHI PREP AREA, AND ALONG THE SEATING AREAS IN THE FRONT AND BACK.. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOORS TO REMOVE DEBRIS AND MAINTAIN.
