A LIGHT SHIELD IS MISSING IN THE DISHWASHING AREA BETWEEN THE PREP AREAS; PROVIDE A SHIELD WHERE MISSING.
MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS WHERE MISSING IN ALL PREP AREAS AND IN THE WALK-IN COOLER.
OBSERVED THE HOT WATER KNOB AT THE UTILITY SINK MISSING; REPLACE. REMOVE BAGS FOUND IN THE UTILITY SINK AND KEEP SINK FREE OF CLUTTER.
REPAIR THE LEAKING FAN UNIT IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. MUST PROVIDE WORKING VENTILATION FANS IN ALL WASHROOMS.
REPAIR THE LEAKING DRAIN LINES UNDER BOTH EXPOSED HANDSINKS IN THE REAR PREP AREAS.
MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS INSIDE OF ALL PREP COOLERS.
ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR HAIR RESTRAINTS.
ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST SHOW PROOF OF FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. MUST PROVIDE.
