OBSERVED 2 DEAD ROACHES IN THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA AND 2 DEAD ROACHES UNDER THE SERVICE COUNTER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DEAD ROACHES AND CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AFFECTED AREAS.
OBSERVED THE FACILITY MISSING THREE SINK STOPPERS FOR THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED THE BAKING PANS AND CUTTING BOARDS WITH SEVERE RUST/ BURNT RESIDUE, SEVERELY DISCOLORED WITH DEEP CUTS, IN THE REAR FOOD PREP/ DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO DEEP CLEAN SAID BAKING PANS AND RESURFACE THE CUTTING BOARDS OR REPLACE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED UNNECESSARY ITEMS STORED THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY AND INSIDE THE METAL SHELVING UNIT AT THE REAR FOOD PREP/ DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS FROM THE FACILITY AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED THE WALL NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE FRONT FOOD PREP AREA WITH FOOD SPLATTERS INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN SAID WALL.
