INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE REAR BOTTOM INTERIOR OF THE FRYERS IN THE KITCHEN TO REMOVE FOOD PARTICLES AND GREASE.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS BEHIND AND UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN, CLEAN THE PIPES ATTACHED TO THE COOKING EQUIPMENT ALONG THE WALL TO REMOVE GREASE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOOR DRAINS BEHIND BAR AND IN KITCHEN WHERE NEEDED.
