Back door past hallway has daylight visible around perimeter. If kitchen doors from hallway are kept propped open, the back door should be sealed.
Reach in cooler for salad dressings not maintaining temperature. Salsa 50.3°F Ranch dressing 50.6°F.
Light bulb not functioning under vent hood for ovens.
Employee observed manipulating ready to eat lettuce and tomato with bare hands.
Employee observed wiping fingers off on mop cloth on working counter.

Hand wash sink in central part of kitchen has insufficient hot water for hand washing. What water is provided comes out as a trickle

Ice cubes observed in hand wash sink at beverage service counter. Employee observed emptying can of soda into hand wash sink over ice. Designated hand wash sinks should only be used for hand washing
Thermometer not functioning for bread and yogurt reach in coolers. Other production reach in coolers missing easily readable thermometers.
Sanitizer dispenser was empty. All sanitizer buckets tested at 0ppm Quaternary Ammonium.
