INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE WALLS AROUND THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREA. ALSO, CLEAN THE VENTS INSIDE THE EMPLOYEE'S TOILET ROOM. REMOVE DIRT/DUST BUILD UP.
