OBSERVED CARDBOARD BEING USED AS A SHELF LINER IN THE LIQUOR REACH-IN COOLER BEHIND THE BAR. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE OR REPLACE WITH A MATERIAL THAT IS SMOOTH, DURABLE, AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
OBSERVED DUST ACCUMULATION ON THE FAN GUARDS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE KITCHEN ENTRY/PREP AREA LOOSE AND DETACHING FROM THE WALL. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
MUST CLEAN FOOD DEBRIS AND SOIL ACCUMULATION FROM THE FLOORS UNDERNEATH DISH MACHINE IN THE UPSTAIRS DISHWASHING AREA.
