ALSO NOTED THE REAR (DISH WASHING AREA) EXPOSED HANDSINK WITHOUT PROPER SPLASH GUARDS ON EITHER SIDE, DIRECTLY NEXT TO A UTENSIL STORAGE SHELF AND ROLLING RACKS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SPLASH GUARDS ON THESE HAND SINKS TO PROTECT FOOD AND EQUIPMENT USE AREAS.
