OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS INSIDE UNUSED REACH IN COOLER AT FRONT COUNTER ALSO OBSERVED ACCUMULATED GREASE BUILD UP ON LOWER SIDE OF SHELF UNDER MICROWAVE. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN COOLER AND REPLACE SHELF.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST PROVIDE AND INSTALL LIGHT COVERS AND END CAPS FOR LIGHT BULBS ABOVE REAR HANDWASH BOWL.
