CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF WOK AREA, FRYERS, FRYER CABINETS, PREP COOLERS, REACH-IN COOLERS, PREP TABLES, ICE MACHINE, BULK CONTAINERS(ACCUMULATED FOOD DEBRIS AND DUST BUILDUP).
CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT(GREASE BUILDUP), ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN PREP, STORAGE, AND FURNACE ROOM AREAS.
CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ALL WALLS AND CEILINGS, FANS, VENTILATION HOOD, WALL VENTS, CEILING VENTS, CEILING TILES IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS(ACCUMULATED GREASE AND DUST BUILDUP). REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES IN FOYER NEAR REAR DOOR.
